We welcome input from our clients when selecting team leaders for a program as we realize every client, study and team will have unique dynamics. It is critical to establish customized leadership drawing from our highly experienced team. Identifying potential risks specific to a given study, and managing these proactively with pre-agreed Quality/Risk Management Plans (incorporated into an overall Project Management Plan) is essential. Our Project Managers have an average of 10 years of experience and are well equipped to work alongside our client teams to develop strategy, maneuver challenges, and drive teams to meet and exceed study goals.
